Our apple is unique: it grows only on the Sibillini Mountains, around 600 metres above sea level, it is a Slow Food product and is one of the ancient fruits of the Marche region .
But not only that!
The bioliquefied product is obtained from the peel and pulp of the pink apple of the Sibillini Mountains, which is the main component of the Sonia Olivieri Anti-Stress face cream . The pink apple bioliquefied product has a very high antioxidant power , equal to 681 ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorption Capacity), due to the high concentration of polyphenols, anthocyanins and flavonoids (in particular quercetin): these in fact stimulate the proliferation of fibroblasts, inhibit collagenase and activate microcirculation , counteract the formation of free radicals and help protect the skin from damage caused by ultraviolet rays , smog and the aggressive action of external atmospheric agents such as wind, humidity or sudden changes in temperature.
