Chilblains are tissue damage that occurs with exposure to intense and sudden cold. When it is very cold, our body responds by narrowing the small peripheral blood vessels (vasoconstriction) increasing the flow to the vital organs. Since the blood is moved away from the extremities, these parts of the body become colder and the liquid component of the tissues can freeze creating ice crystals. Gelo.med contains substances that reactivate peripheral circulation. Escin Phytosome 2% counteracts fluid retention and has a vasoprotective action by reducing capillary fragility. Camphor and menthol help absorb escin and with a hot-cold effect ensure proper circulation.
HOW TO USE
Apply the product to the surface of the foot and massage until completely absorbed.
